Is it safe to rent or let out through Settli?
Security is a central part of Settli. Through verified profiles, smart matching and direct chat, a safe and transparent experience is created for both landlords and tenants.
What happens if I unmatch someone?
It is completely fine to regret a match. You can remove the match and end the conversation at any time, with no obligation to proceed with the rental. It is also possible to undo a ”like” if you change your mind before a match has occurred.
How does the matching work?
Matching is based on the preferences and details you have provided. When both you and the other party show interest, a match is made, and you can start chatting straight away.
How is personal data handled in Settli?
All user data is stored securely and is used solely for matching and communication between tenant and landlord. We comply with the GDPR and never share your details with third parties without your consent.
